“New England Backwoods Horror: Devereux Milburn And Dan Kennedy On ‘Honeydew'”

If you give me a chance to write about horror in New England, I am going to write about horror in New England. So I did.

Honeydew is an odd beast, in a good way. Few horror movies nauseate me and upset me on the same primal level as this one; it isn’t gory, just deeply, deeply disturbing. Naturally, I had to seek out its authors for comment, not only because I’m impressed at the film’s effect on me, but because I’m not about to pass up an opportunity to talk horror with New Englanders.

You can read the interview over at Fangoria, my first piece for them in well over a year.
