Should fate ever afford you chance to speak with Chris Morgan, do, and make sure you’ve more than 20 minutes to talk to him: He’s a talker! And a good talker! I say this a lot, but I honestly could have talked all day with Morgan about movies and storytelling, which probably explains his vocation as a storyteller and as a dude who facilitates the telling of stories.
Shortened version: Chris and I spoke on the dual subjects of his work producing Bird Box (you may recall my recent interview with Trevante Rhodes on that one) as well as his work writing the screenplays for most of the Fast & Furious films, leading into his work on the Fast & Furious spin-off Hobbs & Shaw opening in the summer of 2019.
