Don’t let the score on this review fool you: “The Overmining” is likely going to end up being one of the funniest episodes of Brooklyn Nine-Nine‘s fourth season. Take that to the hilarity bank. But it does come up short as far as making a cohesive narrative, and that really frosted my cake, so I was a bit down on the whole enterprise. Still great stuff, because it always is, but not as great as it could have been, as I outline in my review for Paste Magazine.
