Werner Herzog made a documentary about the Internet, specifically regarding our increasing reliance on it in our daily lives and on global bases, and about the strides being made in the robotics field. It is terrifying. It’s also inspiring and even reassuring, but Herzog looks at the scariest existential shit you can think of without blinking, so when he invites you to look at it, know that he does so with zero consideration for the fact that most of us are total pussies compared to him. Read on as I quake in fear at the lessons of Lo and Behold, Reveries of the Connected World over at Paste Magazine.
